  • Thinly sliced sweet onion – ½
  • Freshly ground black pepper – ½ teaspoon
  • One thinly sliced English cucumber
  • Olive oil – 1 teaspoon
  • Apple cider vinegar – 2 tablespoons
  • Sugar substitute – 2 teaspoons
  • Sea salt – 1 teaspoon

How to Prepare

In a medium bowl add the onion slices and the cucumber, mix well. In a small bowl combine all remaining ingredients. Add the dressing to the big bowl and mix once more.

  • Five tomatoes
  • One clove of garlic
  • One cucumber
  • Three scallions
  • Black or green olives – 16
  • Olive oil – 1 tablespoon
  • Black ground pepper

How to Prepare

First in a salad bowl add the tomatoes, the feta, cucumber, garlic, olives, peppers, and onions. Then sprinkle it with vinegar, olive oil, and pepper.
