  • Oats – 1 cup
  • Chia seeds – 4 tablespoons
  • Water – 2 cups
  • A pinch of salt
  • Cinnamon – 1 teaspoon
  • Honey – 2 tablespoons

How to Prepare This Breakfast

In a pot pour the water and add the cinnamon. Once the water begins to boil, you should lower the heat and add the oats. Let it cook for around five minutes and then remove it from the fire.

Let it stay for another five minutes and then add the honey, salt and chia seeds and stir. Bon appetit.
