Cinnamon Tea Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 cinnamon stick,
- 3 cups of water,
- liquid stevia extract (optional).
Instructions:
Add water to a pot and break the cinnamon stick inside the pot. When the water starts to boil, set the heat to low and let it simmer for 20 minutes. The tea is now ready! Easy, right?
Because the cinnamon sticks already taste sweet, there is no need to add more sugar. Plus, cinnamon has natural sweet flavors that can give all the sweetness needed.
However, if want to add more sweetness to the drink, liquid stevia extract will do.
