How to Make It
First, preheat the oven to 200°C or 400°F and take a baking dish, and line it with parchment paper. Those who have a food processor should use it to whip up the recipe quickly with the help of the grater blade and grate garlic, sweet potato, onion, and zucchini. In a big bowl mix sweet potato, organic cheese or nutritional yeast, zucchini, rosemary, pepper, salt, and almonds. Mix well all ingredients, then add the 5 eggs and mix once more. Take the obtained mixture and spread it evenly on a baking tin. Take the cherry tomatoes, cut them in half, and top the mixture. Bake for 40 to 50 minutes. However, bear in mind that the baking time depends on the dish. The bread is ready when we can insert a skewer and the skewer comes out clean. Watch the video below and learn how to make this bread. Make, bake and enjoy.
