Homemade Strawberry Chips

Ingredients:

  • 12 rinsed and hulled strawberries
  • Half a cup of raw honey
  • Half a cup of water

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 200°. Boil the water and honey in a saucepan, mixing until the honey is completely dissolved. Then, allow the syrup to cool. Cut the hulled strawberries lengthwise, making as thin slices as possible. Then, soak the slices in the cool syrup and place them on a baking pan lined with parchment. Cook them in the preheated oven at a low temperature for two hours, or until they dry out. Next, take them out of the stove, and put them on a cooling rack. Enjoy these unusual homemade chips.
