  • Non-fat Greek Yogurt – divided 8 ounces;
  • Apple – 1 of medium size;
  • Pecans – 1 tablespoon;
  • Freshly squeezed lemon juice – 1 teaspoon;
  • Chopped oats – 2 teaspoons;
  • Unsalted butter – 1 teaspoon;
  • Ground cinnamon – ½ teaspoon;
  • Brown sugar – 1 teaspoon.

How to Prepare It

The first thing is to spiralize the apple with the help of the smallest blade. Remember to leave the peel on and remove the seeds and core. Add the obtained spiralized apple to lemon juice. Take one saute pan and heat it over medium heat. Add the oats and pecans to the pan until they are golden and fragrant. Add butter to the pan with brown sugar and cinnamon. Cook until the mixture is slightly caramelized. After just removing the pan from the heat. Into greek yogurt add the remaining cinnamon. Divide it into 2 bowls and top them with an oat mixture and spiralized apple. This recipe serves 2 people and has around 150 calories.
