So, we present you several such drinks you can make in your own home using a few herbs.
Note – do not sweeten them with processed sugar, or drink more than the recommended amount. Otherwise, they could have an opposite effect on your blood glucose. Also, it’s best to drink them on an empty stomach.
Soak the oats in the water for around 12 hours. Strain the oats and blend them with the cinnamon stick. Don’t forget to add a bit of water from time to time to get it liquidized as much as you want. Finally, add the rest of the water. Take one glass of the drink daily, or one before each meal.
Besides stabilizing your blood sugar levels, this drink will help you feel full for longer and boost your metabolism as well. This, in turn, will help you lose weight.
Extract the gel from both herbs by carefully cutting open the leaves. Boil the water in a pot and add the gel/pulp from both herbs. Then, let it simmer for five minutes. Next, strain and drink one glass of the liquid a day.
Boil the water and add the cinnamon and chamomile flowers. Let it infuse on a low heat for around three minutes. Then, allow it stay for another ten minutes. Strain and drink a cup of this tea once a day before breakfast.

Boil the water and add the tea. Let the leaves or the tea bag steep for five minutes before straining. Drink the tea after each meal.
Peel the carrot and apple and blend them with the rest of the ingredients. But, make sure you wash them well before using. Drink one glass a day.
Put the leaves in the water and let it heat over medium heat until it reaches boiling point. Drink at least a cup of this tea a day.
