After all this time, there is still no cure for diabetes, but there are ways you can control your blood sugar with little effort.

People who suffer from type 2 diabetes need to always maintain a diet, take medication and exercise, so it is best to ease their problems.

There is a little boundary between too much and not enough sugar in the system.

If the body has too much sugar, the body has problems to use and produce insulin, therefore, the pancreas can either produce insulin or control the blood sugar, or the insulin will not react to the cells.

So, it is best to control the blood sugar at home with remedies you can create. These remedies can help balance the blood sugar in your system.

3 Remedies for Controlling Type 2 Diabetes

  1. Okra water
  2. Apple cider vinegar (with cranberries)
  3. Cinnamon water

To create okra water, you will need two okra pods and water. Don’t wash it. Start by cutting the edges of the vegetable and squeeze the liquid out in a bowl. Put the pods in a glass of water and leave them overnight.

Do not forget to cover them with a lid, or any cover you may like. When you wake up, drink the water in the glass.

For apple cider vinegar you will also need cranberries. They help with the blood sugar. All you need to do is mix water, the cranberry juice and apple cider vinegar together. However, if you don’t like the taste try adding a bit of lemon to it.

Besides, even if you don’t like cranberries you can easily replace them with cherries or pomegranates, they too give a wonderful taste.

Cinnamon water is easiest to create. Mix a cup of water with 1tsp cinnamon powder. Don’t forget to spice up your smoothies, beverages and baked goods with this remedy.
