1. Leafy Greens

You should include leafy greens in almost all your meals. They are incredibly healthy and abundant in micronutrients such as minerals and vitamins. Leafy greens are pure superfoods without any effect on blood glucose.

You can add leafy greens in salads, on side dishes, or in smoothies.

2. Avocado

The avocado is super healthy, and it is very delicious. It is easy to eat and prepare; you can prepare it in different ways or even have it as a snack.

The avocado is abundant in healthy minerals and vitamins and fatty acids omega 6 and omega 3. Also, it is anti-inflammatory, and it is abundant in folate, vitamin A, vitamin B6, vitamin C, vitamin E, and vitamin K.

Make sure that you are getting organic butter and cheese, and then you can feel safe to consume it. However, with butter and cheese moderation is the key.

If you consume coconut oil, coco flakes, or raw meat, then you should not worry about your blood glucose at all. It is like that since in coconut there is no glycemic load, all the carbs are actually dietary fiber, and it has a lot of fat.
